Sleeping near a bra on will not prevent your breasts from growing. However, it's generally a good belief not to sleep with a bra on because it can interfere with apposite circulation and easy breathing.

If you're putting in overtime next to your bra to preserve perkiness( shape, not saging ect.), that's a total myth. Bras don't preserve the shape or perkiness of breasts. Sagging results from a number of factors unrelated to bra wearing, such as

breast corpulent and tissue composition

softening of breast ligaments and loss of breast tissue with age

enlarged breasts during pregnancy, which causes the skin to stretch even after they revert to pre-pregnancy size.

I hate wearing a bra and don't unless I absolutely hold to (like when I go into town)so I do not sleep in one any. Alot of people believe wearing a bra will prevent sagging. I own 34DD and go braless most of the have nursed 2 kids and mine are still illustrious on my chest and perky. Sagging will happen if you are gentically program to have saggy breasts whether you wear a bra or not so it is really up to you whether you sleep surrounded by one or not.

I use to do that when i just started wearing bras, I did it because i didn't know if you should or shouldn't so up until i started realize that sleeping without it is Sooooo much Better for you i totally st oped!! Plus its Bad for your bra specially if it has an underwire AND I'll bestow marks on your skin some that may not go away.

i dont because i believe its uncomfortable. but if u r for some reason mortified with the fact that ur boobs dont enjoy protection for the hours u sleep, u can wear a sports bra or a training bra if ur small enough. hope i helped!

It doesn't thing. It depends on what's comfortable for you. I sleep with mine, because it pads them when they're tender or sore, and I don't really have a feeling the bra cuz I'm used to it. So, it's up to you!
