I be on my second week of birth control missed a afternoon have unprotected sex and know I'm have breakthrough bl?

Take a warm bath and afterwards put a heat pad on your pelvis. I also find that during the very, extremely painful cramps that deep breaths give support to with the pain. The knob is really to relax. Prop your feet up above waist on a pillow while you sit on the couch.

Lightening the flow is something you will simply have to linger for. Its going to take your body quite a while to sort itself out. I be in the same situation as you until I be about 19 and then it started to win better after that.

I found the cramping was especially painful because I have a great deal of clotting ( the intact parts of your lining contained by your uterus that come out of your body). I found if I wore a pad, instead of a tampon, that seemed to oblige. I was also getting constipated ( i'm not sure why) while I was on my extent, and that just makes it even worse. Try to product sure you eat lots of fresh veggies, fruit and fibres so that you hold regular bowel movements. Why be even more uncomfortable, right? :)

If it is unbearably sore, see your family doctor. She/he should be able to contribute you suggestions to help minimize your discomfort.

Dairy and chocolate seemed to fashion the cramps worse, come to think of it.

Good luck, and I know it sucks. Don't ever be embarassed about your spell. It's completely natural and if someone gives you a complex time about talking more or less it, then that person desires to grow up.

Pregnancy. time. stuff.?

It isn't necessary to go through such cramp and heavy bleeding in this light of day and age. It was common when I be young, but there are much better treatments very soon. You can take hormones to eliminate the cramp and heavy bleeding. You should have your mom give somebody a lift you to your doctor to have an exam and to prescribe pills to eliminate this. Also, find out if your mom or any women contained by your family have or have fibroids. The fibroids can cause heavy bumpy bleeding. Mine got so bad I have to have a hysterectomy in my behind 40s. There is no reason why your life should remain so miserable at such a childish age. I have two nieces who went through something similar while surrounded by highschool and they were prescribed pills that practically eliminated their period and completely eliminated the pain. Hopefully your mom is sensitive to this problem and if the first doctor doesn't relieve, get a second opinion from a woman gynocologist who will normally be more informed than a man doctor.

Yeast infection or something more serious?

You can use a heating pad for cramps at hours of darkness..Lowering your salt intake and drinking more water might also help out. I dont think there is anything you can for lighter flow, but perchance birth control pills, since you are having a tough time with them human being so bad..You should talk to your parent nearly the pill, they help with the aching and the length of time your period closing.

Does it hurt the first time you own sex? (Female question)?

ughh...i kno how u feel..
i always use throbbing killers...motrin (or tylenol, advil, or anything else thats used as a basic discomfort killer)..it gets rid of the cramps so then its not impossible dealing wid da heaviness

oh n i also heard that its better to wander arnd in stead of lying around in bed..even tho ur practically dying of niggle..its just better to get the exercise. Kinda lyk wen ur pregnant..the more walking around u do (within borders obviously) the easier it is during the actual delivery

Hope that helps n gud luck wid ur subsequent periods!! : )

I NEED help out really desperate..?

There is nothing you can do just about they flow, but it does get lighter as each light of day goes by. midol should work, but if it doesnt, try a different brand PMS medication.
