Ok, I feel very uncomforable asking this, but what are the signs of breast cancer?

I'm not thoroughly developed (I'm a late-bloomer) but I just this minute feel frozen marble shaped things aft my nipples. They're manner of flat, resembling an oval. I'm giving of worried. Is this regular growth, or should I see my doctor?
