Don't know whats wrong? (Ladies only, please)?

Okay so for olden times 5 days or so, the lower module of my minor lip, resembling close to the vaginal first night, have be red and irritated. When I pee, it burns reasonably abundantly. Even when I am sitting and move my hips, it burns for a time. It's livable, but it's simply when I pee that it hurts seriously. I am 15 and this have happen to me past, a couple years wager on, but it go away inside week, i deduce. Being at horse military camp since monday might be count to the irritation, since im in jeans in hot weather on a hot horse for 6 hours a sunshine, which scheme closely of sweat.

Is this something really serious? Does someone know how I can relieve the spasm? Thanks
