What's Kegels?

it's Nuvaring, a form of birth control. it's a flexible ring i.e. inserted into the vagina, sort of like a tampon, and disappeared there for 21 days next removed for 7, then a unsullied one is inserted. It is a hormonal contraceptive so it works the same means of access as the pill but with smaller quantity remembering! :)
