Does wearing a pad bra stop your boobs from growing?

I am 13 years old and i basically bought a padded bra in need telling my mum because she think they are bad. i dont know why. i hold never worn them before, so i be wondering if there's anything wrong beside wearing one, are there any medical risks and does it stop your boobs from growing?
