my leg have a numb feeeling all the instrument down it happen to the moved out one and the right one depending the month..

I've hear that the numbness switches from leg to leg every month based on which ovary you ovulated from that month :D
been menustrating for 37 years and never have I encounter my legs going numb. keep a dailey chronicle of your cycles and notice if your legs travel numb at any other given point of the month. if it is a reoccuring thing telephone call your doctor. Sometimes they'll give medical guidance over the phone
