I know that is really unlikely. But I keep hold of having REALLY discouraging pain contained by my left breast. It's not similar to a growing kinda pain though.. It's resembling knife surrounded by my boob pain.

There is an nouns that feels kinda lumpy... And my mom have breast cancer.

Should I go see a doctor? Or I am freaking out?

Just because your mom have breast cancer does not mean you will and you're really infantile. I had some issues beside my breast at 26 that was within part cause by medication but I also ended up next to a condition called costochondritis which can explanation pain around the breast nouns. This condition is an inflammation (kind of like an infection but isn't necessarily an infection) of the cartillage around the ribcage. It can inflict a lot of different symptoms including for some thinking they are have a heart attack when there isn't a heart attack going on.
