GREETINGS, Angelle.

It's outstandingly normal for teens to enjoy odd period, you're at an age where hormones are varying, so you might even skip periods, enjoy light ones, heavier ones, some may be brownish and not true red blood, lots of things, explicitly totally normal and when you are rather older they will regulate more on a diary. Hormones change the breasts too, it's commonplace to have ooze sometimes esp near your spell. If it continues for another period or 2 or become more leaking or change color (green, yellow, blood) after you need to natter to your mom or dad about seeing a doctor. If you discern any lump in your breast, speech to your parents immediately impose it could be an infection, but right now, don't be so anxious, I think it's of late hormones and body changes.

Why are my nipples so sore?

Your body is varying. Your homones are in flux, Keep an eye on yourself. If it continues you might stipulation to consult a female relative see if here is any history in the ancestral.

Will wearing a bra all the time will make happen your breasts to sag after that in natural life?

I would tell someone freshly to be safe. Your body is shifting alot, and it could be normal, however it may not be also. If you enjoy a mom or female relative that you can consistency comfortable talking to, definately do so. Seeing a doctor might be a appropriate idea to confirm. better undamaging than sorry. I know it's probably embarassing, but you really should talk to someone!
