Breast pains.any planning?

i have be having this pains at the underside of my breasts so i guess you can say my breast bone down the middle of my chest and also the nouns where the breasts meet my armpit..i dont know why but lately my breasts have be very lumpy as ably my period aint due for another while and i know i aint pregnant so what else could it be please comfort cant see the dr for two weeks.
