Spots on my breast, anythinf to worry about?

Ok, i notice in the order of a week ago that i ahve get lots of little spots on the bottom partially of my breasts they are not red or and theing but they are noticeable and next when i get out of the shower today i notice they have get worse, it is resembling every pore is blocked and have rather but of puss contained by, i know this nouns disgusting but basically considered necessary some suggestion instead of pestering the doctor. I exfoliate regularly so wouldn't own thought anything resembling that would aid. Hope someone can lend a hand. cheers
