What are period i am 16?

Answers:

How come i sweat so much?

Periods are what girls get at the expiration of puberty. When a girl ovulates an egg is released from the fallopian tube, it travels down to the uterus, which every month prepares for the egg to implant. If you don't obtain pregnant that month the lining of the uterus sloughs sour, and leaves the body. Its totally normal.
