You are fine. Making yourself sick will not work, it will make you fatter. The singular way to seize skinnier is to excersise and to eat improved. Starving your self will make you fatter because your metabolisim is ruined. Eating and bulging will have impossible to tell apart consequence. Like i said before, guzzle more veggies and fruits,less unwanted items and excersise more often. Remember not to over do it.

You are far too young at heart to be worrying about your bulk, your body needs strong nutrients and if you make yourself sick your body can't transport in any fit nutrients.
