In the last month or so, I've lost possibly 15 pounds, not on purpose but because I've be so busy. Anyways, I missed my period, and I'm not pregnant, so I'm guessing it have to do with the bulk loss. I'm 5'6" and now 100 pounds. Anyways, I am not interested surrounded by taking any prescription to fix this... I gave up adjectives prescription meds this year, so the birth control pill is not an option for me. What else can I do to obtain my period hindmost? I know I have to gain final some weight, I'm trying, but what else? Is it an iron less that causes this? Or perchance not enough protein?
