welcome to the world of tampons. wearing a tampon in the pool is ok. as long as you wear it properly you can swim only like you weren't on your time.Just make sure you rework is every 3-4 hours. or more depending on how heavy your time is.

yeah use a tampon. but be sure to direct it toward your LOWER BACK and not strait up. I did my first time and it hurt like a mother. Have fun swimming =]!
you can't budge swimming unless you use a tampon, but if you haven't had your time of year for a while, using a tampon might be diffcult. As much as you might want to go swimming, you might own to sit this one out. Bummer, i know. Good luck.

yes u can... but wear the sport tampons similar to the ones you see on the commercials when they are doing sports so the blood dosent get within the pool and you can still have fun.

I don't know if you have your first sexual experience but if you are not DO NOT LET A TAMPON TO BE YOUR FIRST TIME! i am an athlete surrounded by swimming and i have agree with my coach in the order of this problem and he assured me that i can still go to swim when i hold my period (if i didn't walk for swimming when i have my length my performances where severely lower). sURE YOU CAN GO TO THE SWIM PARTY because when you go into the sea your period stops Just when you arrive to the house of your friend walk to the bathroom to put of your pant. Then quicly go and product a BIG splash to the pool!Of course you can go swimming. I'd perferably use a tampon though, because pad will just go and get a wet and soggy, and that's not remarkably good protection!
