What was your experience beside your first period? I be raised by 2 dads, and they never have the "talk" before it happen, i started crying, please tell me your experience.

I was 11 and I didn't want to relay anyone. They somehow found out a month later (I guess because I used my mom's pads). At first I used basically pads, but after that on, I started using tampons as well. Now, whenever I hold my period I use tampons throughout the year and pads by darkness.

When mine first came--my mom be in the hospital have a hysterectomy and my prudish, aunt was taking nurture of our family. I did not inform anyone--I thought at first I had pooped my pant. I was merely 10!
I use a tampon now-but I started with the Pads that you have to attach to a belt.
The prudish aunt upon hearing I used Tampons within my early 20's said "Thou shalt not plug the fountain" Whatever that funds!

Before I tell you my experience permit me give you some proposal. Find a teacher or a counselor or even the institution nurse you can talk to something like this. Maybe the mother of one of your best friends could substitute. No matter how intelligence a dad may be, he really doesn't know what you're experiencing--emotional as well as physical. Back in my hours of daylight, girls and boys were segregate for "the talk". The girls were shown a movie that be so clinical it could have be made by the people who made the VD movies for the soldiers during WWII. In my mid-20s I switched to tampons. I don't know more or less today, but the pads support then be pretty bulky. I had a problem near dryness so I had some difficulties. You pretty much enjoy to find what you feel comfortable beside. It might be a combination of one thing during the daytime and something else at night.

my parents never talk about things similar to sex or periods so i be really lucky they started same day that we be first told about period and sex at school be the day my time started !!
i never used tampons til last year (i'm 24 now) beacuse when i first told my mum she brought me a pack of pad and that was it !!
