Ok i have kinda of a blubbery stomach and I want to seize a tight one or a least tone it up I enjoy 14 days to do it dose any one have any design to get a tight stomach hastily!!

Crunches, jog, running..any of those will do. But 14 days won't show much improvement (sorry, but nil works that quickly, or every woman surrounded by the world would have a tight stomach) But those things will abet if you stick to doing them everyday

i stay slim by eating strength bars, working out and adjectives out junk food. replace cocoa puff cereal beside life lo-fat chocolate cereal. (it taste RLY good) replace chicken pot pie with chicken salad. studies prove that becoming a lacto-vegetarian slims you down. meat has lots of calories carbs and round that makes you put on substance. salad and veggies rly help. (if ur an animal lover, u r positive animals! :) DONT STRAVE URSELF, THOUGH. dont have as much milk. it doesnt slim you down, it make u gain weight quicker. WEAR BLACK. IT MAKES PEOPLE LOOK SKINNIER.
