If it happens mid cycle, it's probably a moment ago Mittelschmerz a.k.a. ovulation pain. I procure it for about 1-4 days mid month, and it can be as hurting as cramps from my period and for some justification usually my left ovary.
If you perceive worried at all, chat to your family doctor roughly speaking it. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Period stories?

Yes, I hold had headache around my ovary before. A friend of mine is going thru this right in a minute as well.

The singular way to find out for sure what is going on is to own this evaluated by your dr to see if they can help you digit out what could be going on. One possibility for this pain is endometriosis.

Dischargy Dischargy?

It could be heaps things. Are you sure it is your ovary? Could be an infection (a non-STD infection if you are sure you don't have one, similar to bacterial vaginosis). Ovarian cysts are a painful condition. Some shift away on thier own, with your monthly cycle, while some stay around and are sensitive. Because the pain is mostly present during sex, it could be fibroids, which are roughly harmless growths within your pelvic area, but are totally painful, especially during sex. Are your period heavy and crampy? Could also be a sign of cysts or fibroids. There is also a condition call endometriosis, which is the abnormal growth of uterine tissue in places it shouldn't grow, close to your ovaries or fallopian tubes. Symptoms of this are pelvic pain and lashing periods. I would see your gyno to rule out an infection or anything serious and he or she would probably enjoy you get a pelvic ultasound to nick a look.
