2. Enlarged lymph nodes under the armpit.
3. Strange unwary or pitting appearance (like an orange peel) on the breast.
4. Nipple retraction.
5. An unexpected mammogram and/or breast ultrasound or MRI.

Your age is greatly important. check yourself for a lump. the lump should be rought to touch beside uneven borders. a smooth lump beside clear border usually is harmless. so far have a mamogram can tell you if in that is anything abnormal contained by your breasts. if you have bloody discahrge from your nipple this could be another sign. If portion of your breast looks like red pill with some areas pulled inward, this could be another sympathetic of cancer. if you see wounds on your nipples that don't heal, this could be a cancer.
