Hysterectomy?
Answers:
Hi,
answer is - yes and yes
also - very loose fitting pant or sweats
- you will probably have a voluminous incision about partially way between your belly button and pubic bone so you will not want anything pushing on it
also, shoes you don't enjoy to tie - you will not want to bend over and you will not want to walk the hospital hall in the treatise slippers they give you
hoof it a lot - get you back to vigour quicker and remember you CAN"T lift ANYTHING till doc say it is ok

wife had same procedure for same pretext
What are the most common problems after a hysterectomy?
My mother have a hysterectomy for the exact same reason. She have residual bleeding for about a week, conceivably a bit longer.
She also took a robe to the hospital, but did not use it overly much as she stayed in her room until she go home.
They wanted me to hold this surgery over a year ago because I have the biggest fybroid that they hold ever seen but I didnt progress through with it.I am hoping that menopause shrinks the tumor so that it can be lasered away.I've read that various more people die from the surgery than from fibroids. You are brave,,I am not.
Well my mom have one about 5 years ago and yes u will hold bleeding after so i would bring some and if u want to bring a robe u can if not u will be within the hospital gown. And yes i think they made her way of walking. Good luck with ur surgery! Hope it go well!!
I also own fibroids and need to enjoy a hysterectomy but keep putting it bad. I don't know much about it all the same but I would think you would probably own to use a maxi-pad for a little while. You will own to get up and put your foot around before you dance home so taking a robe would be a good view. I have have a c-section and trust me, getting up and walking around totally sucks but the more you do it the better you will feel. Sorry not much serve but I hope this surgery makes you quality better than you have surrounded by a long time. Good-luck and get plenty of rest.
What make you have low blood pressure?
I own had a hysterectomy but it be when I was 29 due to cancer and I did bleed but it be only for two days . My sister freshly had one and she is 50 and she did not bleed after 1st light of day so I think it adjectives varies . yes you do enjoy to walk it help relieve the tightness . after a few walks it get much better . Take careyes within will be some bleeding, and you should bring your own robe or something comfortable. I had a hysterectomy years ago, and I be opened side to side. You will do fine, God bless and put angels on your pillows.
Yes, you do have to grasp up and walk around up to that time you are released but typically that won't happen until the second or third light of day. I took a robe just to relieve keep reheat (hospital blankets suck LOL)
The bleeding will depend on how well your surgery go. You may have a bit, you may have profoundly, or you may have none at adjectives. No one can really say until you enjoy the surgery.
I didn't have any problems until I get home. My best advice to you is to engineer sure that you obey the consignment restrictions because that will strain the muscles and cause you to bleed.
Also, don't be afraid to ask for painkillers. If one doesn't work, ask for a different one. And tell them if it doesn't work. You enjoy nothing to lose by have them help alleviate your headache.
I would also bring some loose fitting pants and a loose draping dress near you for when you go home. I wasn't competent to get the pant on, but I was competent to wear a loose jumper home and that help a lot.
And when you bring back picked up, who's ever picking you up from the hospital should bring a couple pillows to help wad you in. And they should pick the most minuscule bumpy route.
Feel free to messenger me if you have any other question. My surgery was due to cancer, but it amounts to matching thing. Hopefully this help you!
hello im 32 and only just recently go thru this about a yr ago, i did own some bleeding and discharge which was mundane from this for about a week or so. when i have my surgery i didnt bring a robe and i did walk around some contained by the hospital because they do advise you to do that. i have my hysterectomy for polyps in the uterus. and depending on which opening they go thru on your hysterectomy as to your repossession time. i think i be back to work surrounded by 6 weeks. and if they dont tell you sometimes after getting adjectives healed and what not when you finally are competent to tolerate intercourse you will bleed some and dont freak out cause thats typical. good luck and my prayers move about out to you....

I have my hysterectomy (horizontal abdominal incision) 7 weeks ago. I was up in 24 hrs and home within 48.
I did steal a robe and used it when I got up to wander around the hall. Be sure to seize up and walk around as it help with gas issues after surgery.
As for answering put somebody through the mill about bleeding, it depends on what type of surgery you enjoy.
I was told I might own some bleeding post-op, but I never did. But other women who have have same surgery have.
Everyone is different so one human being's experience may not be what you experience.
Good luck on your surgery ... take honourable care!
