steam generally make the pain better. find some exercise, try advil/alleve -some women swear by Midol, have sex, achieve a massage, step to the chiropractor. make an appointment beside your gyn next week.

Ooh I'm with you on this one! But remember that pills don't bring effect right away. Have you tried Midol yet?
Just try and relax and maintain that hot water bottle on your lower tummy (or wherever you are currently experiencing the pain). Heat improve blood flow and can decrease pelvic discomfort.
Try lying down and elevating your legs by putting a pillow under your knees. Or you can try lying on your side and bringing your knees up to your chest. This will abet relieve back pressure.
And rather, doing regular exercise (can be as simple as walking) WILL help beside menstrual pain. Trust me, I'm on mine at the moment!
