yeah, i think its sheltered to ride a horse during your period, freshly make sure that you are not wearing a tampon, because that might step far up or something, i dunno. But also if you are riding a horse while you are on your period, it in recent times might be a little messy, thats adjectives.

wear a tampon, and during breaks keep varying them..tampons are really reliable...change them every 4 hours. but if your on a heavier cycle i suggest 30 minutes.

I think it's impeccably fine, unless u have a infatuation of getting very doomed to failure cramps. Other than that go for it, and if u take minor cramps just pocket some pills/medicine before it.

As long as you grain well adequate (no excessive cramping or fatigue), you can do everything that you normally do. Physical commotion can actually relieve relieve cramping. You may want to take some strain meds before mitt though, such as Advil or Midol, just so cramping doesn't achieve too bad for you though.

are you riding a stallion or will there be stallions contained by the competition? some might think this is a unnatural question but it is not. Stallions can smell when a woman is on her length and sometimes there can be behavioral problems next to the stallion associated with that. If you hold on to yourself clean and use a tampon after you should be ok. as for general riding while on your spell because of health concerns for you..after go for it..you can do in recent times about anything while menstruating

OF COURSE it's okay!! You can swim, ride a horse, ride a bike etc. etc. e.tc while on your time of year. I know these things are a hassle, but life shouldn't own to stop! :-)

I know it's not the same but I once have my period during a taekwondo clash and I wasn't wearing a pad. It be a big mess cuz I didn't know I'd be having my time.

If it's really all that important to you, only be sure to wear something thats black so that if it does seep through, it isn't perceptible. Bring extra undies, extra pants and extra pad or tampons <-------- most important.

Don't forget to check the flow when you enjoy a pocket of time to avoid stains.
