Birth Control Pill Question.?

Im taking ortho-novum 7/7/7 and i just finished my closing (active/peach) pill. Which mean i should hold started my period yesterday. Well I didnt. Took a preg oral exam, negative. My time is always messed up. so examine is, If i dont start before my ultimate (sugar/placebo/green) pill, do i start a new pack or what?
