I am getting married at the end of November and I want to drop from my current size (16/18) to about a 10/12. That be the size that I was when my fiance and I started dating about 6 years ago and I really want to be nearby again. I had planned to start dieting a few months ago, but unfortunately a demise in my family cause that plan to be delayed. Is it still even possile for me to lose this much?
