Tampon trouble- girls please?
I've been using tampons very soon for about partly a year and it still hurts quite a bit to insert them. I've tried twisting slightly and different positions, forcing myself to relax. It doesn't support. Why is this?
I'm also worried that as I'm a virign, when it comes to the first time it's going to hurt even more if even something as small as a tampon is difficult!

You need to relax... I didn't use tampons whilst I be a virgin, and I still needed time and practise to get use to it....
My crucial problem was not inserting correctly...
Make sure that you are inserting as far as possible - it won't attain lost! Try using an applicator version... that may help
..Maybe its best to stick to towels, for a while...?!
im the same i find tampons uncomfy i of late stopped using them and went to towels, dont verbs about the sex hing hurting its a completly diffrent entry xx
are you using cardboard or plastic? sometimes people find cardboard humiliated, if that's what you're using, try switching to plastic.

what size dou use i hold quite a substantial flow but when i used the super ones it really hurt then i used regular it dident hurt at adjectives it might just be the size you are using devout luckrochelle:-)

Maybe you should try a smaller size!Iv been using them for years and even sometimes very soon if i dont get them contained by correctly thay can feel exceptionally uncomfortable! If you are using the ones lacking an aplicator they can be more tricky so i would definatly recommend using the ones with an aplicator.Also try inserting it when you are in a sitting position on the toilet fairly than standing up straight xI didn't have sex but i perceive like i'm pregnant.!?
Try standing when you are inserting them. I regard alot of girls try to sit and do it. It is a little more automatic to be standing.What is the best fitness plan?
The tampon size that you are using could be the problem. The kind I used to use when I used them be OB. The thing I like about them is that I didn't enjoy to worry nearly cardboard applicators.And sometimes when I would get dry because of trying to insert the tampon I would try to lubricate the nouns which seemed to back along with inserting the tampon along my one finger.
BTW, I'm a virgin also.
I no longer use tampons due to medical reason unrelated to tampons.

Maybe try the Lil let gel comfort tampons - I still use them now they're so jammy to insert.
Try this:
Sit on the loo and spread your legs insert the tampon as far as you can (maybe you're not inserting it far enough) Don't worry it won't gain lost, it has to stop. You should hold about 1 -1,5 inches string slack down.
If this doesn't work then try squating on the foor and inserting it alike way.
Don't confer up, if necessary travel to the Dr or use pads until you discern comfy again.
There's no pressure. Just relax and take your time - if you're really worried homily to your Mum or anyone that you can trust.

A properly inserted tampon will never hurt. In reality you should not be able to quality it at all. A lot of girls dont use tampons until they are sexually busy, it's a lot easier to stick to towels until after. If you really want to continue trying tampons afterwards make sure you are pushing them towards the dais of your spine ( up and back ) and other use the lowest absorbancy.Having sex for the first time can be very humiliated and painful. But simply briefly, dont worry in the region of it too much, the key is to be relaxed.
It's possible that you're not departure them in the right position, which make them really uncomfortable. Make sure you push them as far vertebrae towards your spine as you can - you shouldn't feel them when you bearing around.
If it's only the insertion that's hurting, it's possible that a) you own a sensitive vagina (nothing to be done) b) you're not lubricated enough (try one and only using them for your heaviest days until you're comfortable) or c) because you're still a virgin, your vagina is still partialy obstructed by your hymen - if this is the case, don't try to fix it by yourself!
It sounds close to you're still pretty anxious about using them if you own to "force yourself to relax" - some girls just achieve nervous in the order of tampons (even after they've had sex). If this is the overnight case, maybe after you've a short time ago had a shower or tub, before you dry yourself bad, ledge one foot on the toilet/bath (with the other on a nice dry bathmat or towel) and freshly do it. If that doesn't work, it may just hold to be pads for a while. Good luck!

I hold the same probs beside some tampons, but it doesn't mean that sex will not be satisfying. lol I had no problems!

the trick is to relax, i know its easier said than done. own you tried different brands? they are all different.
and when it comes to sex again you entail to relax the more relaxed you are the less it will hurt.

Try using KY jelly as this will help it slide contained by. Also, try to tilt the tampon backslightly towards your bum as you put it in as this is the direction it wishes to go.tampons near an applicator are so much easier and comfortable to use. insert the applicator its only small afterwards push the bottom bit of the applicator upwards its not painful this route, believe me.

dont verbs hunni, ive tried usin tampons and it hurts too much so i stopped, i just use pad instead-a pain reali i know!!but its better than the misery! dont worry nearly the sex thingeither.wait for a while until u get the impression that usin a tampon will be better/will hurt you less-if that makes any sense! i hope this help, ive read on here that people havent started using tampons till their hasty twenties, so every1 is different, just choose what you reckon is rite 4 u!! good luck xx

You know, resembling most things not everything works for everyone! If using tampons makes you uncomfy, try something else. There are rather a few things other than tampons and towels. Have a look for the Moon Cup surrounded by Boots and other good chemists. Maybe ask your GP surgery nurse for proposal on what else is out there. Tampons are not the most hygenic entry to use anyway so I wouldnt force myself to get used to them if I be you.
Firstly, I never use tampons on the first or last hours of daylight of my period as it's moderately light on those days and hurts (due to it self too dry inside). I don't use them during the night when I'm asleep any. Also, make sure you put it contained by far enough, as it can hurt if you don't, don't verbs about it going "too far", it can't. As long as near's enough string moved out to pull it out thats fine.
You also want to get used to "which way" to push it surrounded by, every woman is different. Don't rush, take your time and don't force it surrounded by.
Try using the smallest size at first just until you seize used to it. That could also be a reason, for example if you are using the super size you may single need the regular (this isn't to do near size but how light or hefty your period is). Also, how habitually do you change them, perchance you change them too regularly? This would mean everytime you help yourself to one out and replace it you could be too dry which hurts. Don't worry in the region of leaving them surrounded by for a long time, there is a guidline on the packet. My niece have this problem last year, she be worried about going away them in for too long and be changing them far too much, she's get used to it now though.
If you try adjectives this and it still hurts just be forgiving, you just want to get used to it. I be the same as you when I first started using them. I could lash one out and a new one surrounded by with my eyes shut immediately, lol!
As for you being a virgin, when the time comes trust me you wont be worrying nearly it hurting, as long as it's with someone special. And adjectives the same principles apply, don't rush and near a little practice it get better! ;-)
