I am willing to bet that her period have stopped because she is track to underweight. I am 5'5 and at 115lbs people ask me adjectives the time if i have an ingestion disorder! Being that underweight can also cause a severe covering of anaemia which also can cause your period to stop, my advice is to gain her to a doctor. Going that long without have a period when no birth control pills are used is not a strong thing.
