Have you started to menstruate? If not, your breasts will start to grow after you start to menstruate.

If you own started to menstruate and have no boobs I'd suggest seeing your doctor and a psychologist. I own known of cases where on earth women whose breasts or uteruses didn't develop because of a emotional/physiological reaction to have been molested at a thoroughly young age.

If you've have a traumatic reaction to molestation and gain to a therapist while you're still within this developmental phase of life, you could still develop. I've see it happen surrounded by a few cases I worked with.

umm i watch this on the UKs version of "what to wear". since you enjoy no boobs, show you back and shoulders, this should filch guys eyes away from your chest.

Don't cringe over small stuff like this. Yes it unforced for me to say coz i'm a dude, but you are merely 15 you still have 3 or 4 more years previously you officially stop growing. So until consequently enjoy vivacity and see if your babies will grow. If not then after you are 18 you might considered breast augmentation if you still surface that they are important to you to bring in you feel approaching a woman.
