You need to see your doctor. Don't return with me wrong, no pain is great, but whenever at hand is a change contained by your cycle you need to discuss it near your doctor. Myself, I have be recently diagnosed next to PCOS, and what tipped me off be the dramatic changes within my cycle. Get checked out...good luck!

I had duplicate problem & my dr told me a lot of it have to do with my caffeine intake. (sodas, especially) Caffeine for some plea does a number on your body and can cause really severe cramps. Also, a woman's body is constantly shifting...periods ebb and flow from month to month. Anyways, just try adjectives out the caffeine around your Mensis and see if that works. Otherwise, it wouldn't hurt to see the dr. just for a regular check up and to express your inner health. Good lucK!that happend me to before as economically. i asked my doc what she thought was going on and she said that it be probably a change surrounded by my diet that made my periods easier. for a while i ate out plentifully and was stressed because i be traveling a whole lot and working but presently i am drinking more water and drinking better..its made my periods smaller amount painful and everything. a moment ago try to think if u enjoy changed ur ways at all..it might hold something to do with it.

It could be alot of reason. For example the changing of the cycle. Your stress smooth not so high. It could be the food that you put away changes within the hormon level. When I have menstrual periods mine did it alot. After in the order of two cycles I could expect one that was increasingly uncomfortable and last longer period or times.
