for the last 3 weeks i hold been on a diet...i started my hours of daylight on a bannana,lunch time low callorie chicken noodle soup and for for tea i would have chicken breast,lettuce,carrot,small jacket potato no butter and some prawns.i lost simply over a stone in the within the first 2 weeks,then i started to thieve away the soup and just hold bannana and tea but every time i get on the scales no solidity losss...its really getting me down.i now start my light of day with bannana,39 callorie cup a soup and salad for tea but introducing the soup final into my diet has made me perceive like * as i am ingestion more than i feel i necessitate to.why isnt my weight shifting.i do over 100 sit ups 150 star just run on spot fast for roughly speaking 15 mins and anything ielse i can fit into the time i have spare at the time of exersise.im not drinking anything else but dampen.how could i loose more weight?? everyone say the weight loss looks suitable but i feel close to * as its only a stone.i weigh 160 pound i now weigh 145 (about 67 kg)

Its really clutch time to lose weight and the body will scuffle you everytime because it took years to gain that weight but over time you will lose solidity but do not lose weight to swift that is not strength. try tallying celery & apple to that, celery actually uses more calories to digest than it have in it.not the apple...but an apple's roughage cause the body to go into over time digesting it . and get your system moving

Where did you get your diet from? (I don't know if it's a proven diet or not.)

Ask your doctor to put you on medically proven diet. It's much easier to gain immensity than to lose it. (of course)

Take my advice - BE PATIENT! Don't rush results. You probably didn't gain counterbalance overnight, your not going to lose it overnight.

It's easy to tender up on an exercise routine because (honestly) exercising just plain sux. Find an hum you enjoy for exercise. I go to the department store and bought a mini trampoline for about $20. Did you delight in jumping rope as a kid? That's upright fun exercise.


Stay totally away from all junk foods, unsurprisingly, and stay positive and patient. A objective of losing one pound a week is still a goal. (You said no solidity loss, you didn't say you have weight gain - hence, you must be doing something right. There are no quick fixes. The substance didn't just seize there contained by a day, so don't expect it to set off overnight. Starving your body only triggers your body into a storage effect and we dont want that. I suggest ingestion several smaller healthy meal a day near water possibly green tea.
Exercise.. stop with the sit-ups, you cant spot shrink any part of your body. if your serious in the order of losing some weight later you will make time to exercise correctly.
