first, look at the expiration date stamped on the block. I myself will not eat anything if it is remotely bad looking. For instance, I have a problem next to milk. I know that sometimes, the milk around the spout will go sour, but one air of sour milk and that's it! No milk for me. When i was a kid, I have some cereal and I wasn't paying much attention, but when I put the cereal in my mouth, there be a long string of sour milk sliding from the spoon in my mouth to the bowl itself! Yea, gross. So, now every time I hold milk, I have to see it pour. Go to any place where on earth milk is added, I get it on the side. So, munch through it if you want, but i would go next to my first instincts and either furnish it to someone else, or pitch it.
