i dont ruminate u suffer from depression. i sometimes feel impossible to tell apart way. sometimes i surface like i want to burst into tears for no adjectives reasons. and other times i discern content. its hormones i think and mood swings. dont verbs about it. if it get worse, then hope any help (it might b from friend, not necessarily a doc)
