If i tramp alot,will i start to notice counterbalance loss?

this summer i want to lose a little bit, and to be aware of healthy. Will walking/running everyday be alright? as long as I guzzle healthier consequently I do. I mean, I solely weigh 115, but i work at KFC TACO bell and its heard to drink healthy while working.

Walking and running every hours of daylight will defenitely show some results. Just as long as you are consistent you should see some weight loss.

Yes. And you might try chewing gum if it is allowed.

I've heard that if you pace for 30 minutes a day later you will start seeing some changes after a couple of weeks.
