resourcefully, you could either do the clear thing and straighten it near a straightener or you could look into having it chemically straightened. it works really okay on really really curly hair, but it's a moment or two expensive. it's almost just close to a perm, but your hair get straight instead of curly and it doesn't last forever.
You could try brushing it out while blow drying it or using a straightener. This should travel under condition and beauty spike though.
