Well the lone thing I can suggest is that you wear a tampon but I'm guessing you don't use them. Well you can;t wear a wipe either thats really grody. So I guess you probably shouldnt swim. unless you win over your fear of tampons

It all depends on how fatty your monthly cycle is. If you're not "heavy" heavy then you don't enjoy to worry give or take a few it. Just wear a tampon so that no one would know you own your period. But if your cycle is HEAVY next i suggest u just sit by the side and survey everyone swim!
