I just really started exercising like mad about three weeks ago........and I be suppose to start my period on the 15th, but I never did. I took a pregnancy trial to just breed sure I was not pregnant and it said I wasn't.......and I really did not suppose I was any. But I was simply wondering if maybe since my body be not use to the extreme start of exercise if maybe that could be the foundation why I have not started it yet

Why don't women's restrooms own urinals?
Exercise is one of the top reasons for missing period. Increasing your exercise will cause your body to create a readjustment and then you'll start menstruating. Estrogen is produced in chubby tissue, so if you are changing that, it can mete out you to miss some periods. Additionally, women beside less than 5% of stout will consequently not ovulate, and thus not menstruate.
Have no fear though! If you miss it for approaching 6 months, I might worry, but exercise, stress, travel, weightiness loss, weight gain, sickness, all those things can explanation you to delay or miss a spell or so (this is according to the wonderful book I cited as my source by the way). Good luck and don't stop exercising! You are doing yourself a huge favor!

If I was a betting woman, I would bet you will hold your period any year now.I enjoy bumps on my vaginal areahow can i get rid of them? PLEASE HELP ME!?
Exercise CAN prevent menstruation. I am not sure how strenuous the exercise have to be to do this but here are a couple links about it. There are also other factor that may cause a missed extent. Try cutting rear legs on the exercise and see if it comes back. If it doesn't resume, consider chitchat to your doctor to see what else may be affecting your menstrual cycle. It can i know because when i started gym my freshmen year we be working hardcore and like the first month of it when my interval was due it didn't take place and like you i took a pregmacy testing and it come out neg. so i went to the doctor and she said it is posible because if in that is a weight modify it can throw ya off somewhat so yea i hope this helps you
