Uhm My ear hurts..!?

My right ear is hurting and its been hurting for 3 hours and it feel like something is pounding in my ear?

i regard as its an earache but not sure. try this:

- place a warm washcloth subsequent to the ear. some health professionals recommend putting an rime bag or rime in a damp washcloth over the painful ear for 20 minutes.
- whip an over the counter pain medication such as advil or tylenol

or
- your ear could've popped you know the open-handed of feeling you win when you fly on an airplane.

for that drink some water, chew gum or chomp through candy
- take a steamy shower,
- or yawn.
