no, lots of girls own that problem i'm 21, and a few years ago i didn't go for over a week, but i guess i didn't notice or something (it be during finals week, and i was really stressed) and i terminated up in the hospital...vastly embarrassing.i would devour some fruit or take mild stool softeners, NOT exlax or anything that strong, unless you want to be in the bathroom adjectives day.

I think *normal* is once a morning, and it doesn't matter if one is manly or female. Normal is an average and isn't indistinguishable for everyone. Your normal is smaller number often. Next time you see a doctor, you may want to discuss this near her/him.
I didnt really comprehend that, lol, but the cereal called bran i contemplate helps you poop. It taste like crap though, once i have it at my friends house becuase she said it was really virtuous. It turned out to be a joke.hahahaha
not everyone have to go every time. i only shift 2 or 3 times a week. If you feel crapmed when you enjoy not gone i would suggest take miralax. it works fitting and does nto cause cramps. My daughter have a slow/lazy bowel which means hers moves slow so she tend to get contanpaited.
that's really unhealthy. i know its gross to poop, but you nee to. it cleans out your body of adjectives the bad chemicals, and food that have already been digested. you could get hold of sick. drinking more water, and intake fiber will help you hold a normal bowel movement..everyday.
A on top form female should own a bowel movement TWICE a day...not have one but once a week is dangerous and your head for some serious problems if you don't start getting regular..that means fruit and cloudy green veggies must be part of you lifestyle NOW...please be in motion see you doctor and get a checkup as soon as possible.

the doctor say it is unhealthy but she also tell me some people are newly like that and most of the time its girls, we catch the problems from stress, hormones, all sorts of stuff.

even at your age, you should have a bowel movement(bm) once a light of day. I used to have alike problem and it was cause by lack of fiber and womanly problems. Coffee is a stimulant so sometimes people will hold the urge to have a bm an hour or so after drinking coffee. It help me. You should up your fiber intake either near a fiber supplement or by eating more fruits and veggies. But remember, its the dampen that helps move things along so if you up your fiber intake and dont drink plenty fluids, you will be constipated. Your bms should be easy to exterminate and be 's' or 'c' shaped. And as far as your question man 'nasty'... it's not. Its a segment of life and the more aware we put together ourselves, the better informed we are, the more we can take pious care of the just body we get within this life.

If you're not a big eater you won't poop as much.In my youth when I weigh 101 lbs.and ate one meal a sunshine, I went in need pooping for a week also, but I would go more or less three times on that 'Poop" day.
