I am so sorry to hear that you do have lower belly pain .,If I am correct ,you are suffering from intestinal infection and hence the discomfort in the lower belly,you will also be having an urge for stools but nought comes ,and even if it does it's all gas and nouns.It is advised to look in an doctor ,do not delay and return with rid of the intestinal infection.Best of luck and fast health-giving.
