When your on your period how can you stop the blood from getting onto doesn`t matter what your wearing ?

i go to a institution that wears neutral blue dresses. you can sometimes see that some people hold little droplets of blood on the back of their dress. how can you prevent that from arranged?

Ok, aside from the tampon/pad thing. Please don't wear a tampon for longer than 6 hours...It's ok if you are asleep for 8 hrs. and rework... Just when you are awake and going to school or on an outing of late don't forget to change your tampon every 4-6 hours. Also, if it does occur and the blood gets on your clothes hold on to a Tide to go pen beside you and it will get rid of the telltale "dots" I close to to stash a packet of baby wipe with me as an added test too... Good luck !

Use a wipe or tampon. If you bleed really hard, use both. Change them regularly.

I hate when that happen...UUUGGGHH.What I would do is change your tampon or wipe often. Make sure your wipe is positioned in the right spot will aid too. What I do is carry a travel size amount of child wipes within my purse. When I go to the bathroom I wipe front and put money on to be sure I get any blood that may be hiding. Hope I help...Good luck
