Okay. SO your mom can go next to the traditional excercise. (sorry I cant spell)On top of that, she can eat 5-6 SMALL meal a day. This will preserve her fro becoming hungry. Two of those 5-6 meals, she should replace near a meal replacement pole. They come in different flavors, and heaps a time have the the vitamins that she wants and make her get the impression full. Her proportions should be good too. Think of a serving of anything as self about a cup (measuring cup)
She should guzzle two plums with every collation. (help flush out the digestive system, aka. Make you go to the bathroom alot) One of those meal should include cabbage.(also helps next to flushing out the digestive system.
She should avoid eating fried foods, that includes fried chicken. Anything that usually would be fried, should be baked. Tastes much better as in good health.
She should drink her 6-8 glasses of marine. Also helps beside flushing out the digestive system and keep syour mom hydrated.
