I'm on birth control.. and I finished my period, next 5 days later, I start bleeding again.. is this majority?

First, I started my period something like a week earlier than I usually do. Then my interval lasted a week, when it usually individual lasts around 3 days. Then it stops.. and about 5 days then, I start bleeding again? Is this normal? Or is something wrong beside me?
