Help A Girl Out, Monistat or Summer's Eve?

Im paralyzed from about the waist down and own some incontence problems so I wear disposable underwear. I occasionally get some really unpromising UTI's especially in melt weather.

Can Monistat or Summer's Eve feminine wipes support preventing UTI's or woudl they make them worse? Is one better than the other?

To relieve the symptoms you can hold Uristat, but that just make you feel better, but doesn't in reality get rid of the infection. You involve to take prescription drug with sulfer contained by it.
