ok well i own been on adjectives kinds of bc... this is my experience... 1.the pill is firm to remember every day, and if you forget it will mess up ur time of year. 2. the patch made me itchy, it have sensitive skin, and it other came bad too soon. 3. i am currently on the depo shot, i love it, one shot every three months and thats it. 4.my sis has the nuva ring, she hasnt used it long but she said she really like it. change it once a month and ur done, can own sex and everything with it within. 5. iud.... caused my mom to enjoy a hystorectomy, personally wouldnt move about that route. so, in my evaluation, the shot is the best, but there is a lil information roughly all of em hope it help!
