i am 13, i know i shouldnt be concerned about substance yet but i am. im 5" 9' and im really skinny looking. but i immensity 120 pounds, how can i lose weight lacking harming my body or really varying its appearance

You can't. There is no reason for you to lose weightiness, especially since you already said you look skinny. All losing weight will do is stunt your growth at this point. Please gossip to your doctor. No one your age should attempt to lose weight in need medical consultation anyhow.

if you're skinny why do you want to lose immensity? you cna't safely lose more bulk. you should weight more for your elevation. use the chart to figure out how much.If you try to lose freight at your height and age from what you describe of yourself you will be losing muscle...remember muscle weigh more than fat do yourself a favor and throw that blinking size away!!

your at a good consignment for your height. your bmi is 17.7 so your truly considered underweight maybe you should tone up your muscles but don't try to lose anymoreyou are only 13 stop worrying almost your weight you are perfection.;) what you should do is stop reading rage magazines . they are evvvvviiiiilllllllll!! throw them away!
