Period pains but not the usual?

it doesnt feel resembling cramps its been one constant backache. its from my stomach to my abdomen. if i hike or even bend or move alot it hurts even worse..so is this just worse cramps or is this something else? ty for any help out

Answers:    If you worked out recently it possibly a build up of latic acid which is causeing the stomach-ache especially when you move, or even just lifting something sweet could have cause the latic acid to build up. as for if it's one long interval pain i would suppose it wouldnt be seeing as cramps usually come and go through out the light of day (from what i hear)
So usually if there is throbbing when you move its muskuloskeletal, wich means you could own pulled a muscle. I have hear of this happening near a cyst. Go to the doctor
