Depends on your breasts. Yes, they will be smaller after weaning, unless you have outstandingly small breasts to begin near. Will they go backbone to prepregnancy size? Hard to tell. That depends on what size you be before pregnancy, but usually they are for a while smaller. Not a size smaller, but a cup size smaller.
