How do I remove the blood on my underwear?
OK, girls. I get blood on my underwear during my spell ALL the time! Its so annoying, cuz i use Pads that are absorbent..they only just get thinner as my legs rub against them and afterwards my underwear stains. So now, i hold about 20 pairs of underwear that are resembling new, except they own blood on them! I can't afford to buy new ones! Any tips on how to bring rid of the dried blood?

-First use regular soap and water, cold dampen, in the sink. That will return with the majority of the blood out. Then put it in your regular dust with your other underwear within warm hose down in the washer.
-You can also hold underwear that you only wear on your interval and it dosen't matter if they obtain dirty.
-Get pads that hold wings, that will do away with that blood near the sides of your underwear.
-You can try tampons if you are tiered of using pad, just use a panty liner near a tampon.
Do kegel exercises really work? is there other things besides that?
i believe peroxide can give support to get rid of blood stains on clothes.I'm not a girl, but as a retired paramedic I can tell you that peroxide and cold marine works great for removing blood
Can i still have sex when menstrating?
use heat water to dry-clean it..it gets rotten easily..better still if u soak it overnight.to avoid getting stains wearing pad with wing really helps..or u may use tamponsok first you need to bleach or porixcide them to win the blood out then you should try to use tampons b/c they do not filter at all unless you move off them in im a nurse and the sae piece used to happen to my daughter

First off, when you sense that you have leak then you requirement to get to some cold hose down on to them ASAP gently run and dry-clean ASAP. Don't listen to the warm/hot water idea! When you first notice the blood(prior to washing),rinse the nouns in cold sea and then if the underware is white later bleach it. If not then proceed near stain removal(your choice) and wash as directed.Urinary Tract Infection and Missed Period?

peroxide, cold water next to salt, oxy verbs worked great for me when it wasn't watered downugh. i detest when that happens to me too!! i consent to mine soak in warm hose..with tide over darkness..and then rinse it and rinse it. it works for me.
