I get my time of year 4 years ago and use ONLY pad. All of my friends say aloud that tampons are "energy saver." I tried one today and it really hurt. I found the hole, pushed it up partly track and it really started to hurt. Now it really hurts (its 10 minutes after). Any guidance or comfort near using a tampon comfortably?
