What's the point of a sports bra?
I'm not some little kid asking a question too precipitate...
I just never really wore sports bras. And when I tried one on contained by the store, I didn't see its point. Is it supposed to hold the breasts more tightly so they don't bounce? Is it SUPPOSED to squish your breasts, making them look smaller? Because it did for me...
And why not just wear a regular bra during sports? It still have enough support and everything to prevent my breasts from bouncing around much...

If you wear a regular bra while working out, your boobs will be really saggy as you get elder. Wear a sports bra. Trust me.
a sports bra will enjoy more support than a regular bra.
If you don't need it, afterwards don't worry roughly it.

Sport bra will maintain your breast better during exervices so you avoid cramp but it depend on the size of breast and intensity of exercice. Regular bra don't support nothing they only just lift adjectives up

maybe your breasts are tiny? okay, for most normal women, they wear a sports bra to strap em down and offer you more support. i know all the ppl i know wear them exact they bounce and sprots bras are just so much more comfy to workout contained by.gah just stop posting these in the dark questions

Smaller breasted girls do not have as much to bounce, but bigger breasted girls own way more bouncing. Yes, they fashion your breasts look smaller because the bra is holding them tightly so they cannot bounce. For some girls its an embarrassment to be running near boobs jumping around and self-conscious as well.Women please, a give somebody the third degree?
Most women find that when working out, breast movement can sometimes be painful. Primarily within running. This of course does shift with respectively breast size. For example a C would be more likely to be tender than an A.A biddable sports bra will prevent chaffing from too much movement, and wick away sweat from the skin. They are usally made out of a material that is smaller number likely to be ruined from excessive sweating.
It really is a nouns. Personally, my sports bra is a very upright friend. I work out enough to know that I must own it.

yea it does make it look smaller doesn't it. I feel squashed with those so i didn't buy it. But the piece is regular bra doesn't hold the breasts tight enough not to bounce tho.Say you are running or playing tennis, you don't want your breasts bouncing and going adjectives over the place. It minimize your breast movement while exercising or playing sports.
Breast motion is difficult to reduce short a sports bra because the ligaments in the breasts do not contain strong structural support.
If you play sports exercise and do not wear a sports bra, you will put yourself at risk of of cause irreversible damage to ligaments contained by the breasts. Damage to the ligaments in the breasts could inflict premature sagging that will finishing a lifetime.
Finding a sports bra that provides enough support for your horizontal of activity is essential too.

i reckon the point of wearing sprts bras are to support your breasts while you are playing sport! they are not supposed to make you look huge and all the rage, because those bras do not support your breasts, they just hold them within place. Sports bras dont work for everybody but if the only foundation why you dont like them coz they made you look small later maybe your breasts are easily small anyway. Who cares! wouldnt you fairly be comfortable than trendy?okay to me i love sport bras!!! <3

besides i am a gymnast so while i practice a sport bra is more comfortable to do flips within lol

cuz if you dont it really hurts like if ur running or something trust me you'll want one. plus a regular bra have all those self-conscious straps and it isnt comfortable for exercise. lots of sports bras are made with faultless materials to help hold you feeling cooler and drier! i recommend c9 by victor it rocks =]

Sports bras do that and they usually are all one piece. Like regualr bras have the straps within back (thin), can come uncliped, or at hand are those things to fix the lengths of the straps. Those are adjectives opportunities for the bra to break especially while doing physical movement. So the sports bra wont break, hold you better, and i personally regard as it is more comfy.I am 6 months post op with my breast implant and they seem more sensitive,Is this majority?
The point is so you will be comfortable in it and your boobs won't be going up and down and up and down so much that they'll come up and hit you in the face and it doesn't look righteous when that happens
