okay for a while.. on and off my leg have this weird opinion and the best i can describe it is no circulation. its like... this fundamentally bad distress throughout my whole leg and it feel like blood have stopped and it feels somewhat better when i elevate it and put a heat pad on it. consequently it comes back. at first i thought it be no arch support in my shoes.but ive be sick the last couple days.. so that couldnt've be it. cus i havent been out much..

what could this be? atm its contained by my foot.

Answers:    what you are decribing sound to me resembling rls...restless leg syndrom... go see your dr even if it isnt that u want to go se ur dr.. no circulaton contained by ur legs can cause so several problems with ur heart

omg run to the doctor/hospital! It could very economically be a blood clot. Are you on birth control?? What are the pains like?? Are they sharp/stabbing/neelde-like pains?? Does it be aware of like your foot could be "asleep" and are you getting pains contained by your feet/toes?? Do you have a variable cough? Is there glow in the leg?? Swelling contained by the leg?? Dizziness??

All those are signs of a blood clot. If I were you, I would walk asap and get it checked out. It could be serious!! I be on one brand of birth control that gave me adjectives sorts of pains (began as muslce cramping type pain even though I know my calf muscle wasn't cramped up and then I get sharp needle-stabbing like pains) and be taken off IMMEDIATELY by my doctor due to possible blood clot formations.
